Prime Spectrals is a running discovery log of the lab. The system operates continuously, but becomes most sensitive on prime-numbered days of the month. On those days, a Spectral may surface as a new entry in the archive.

Each Spectral can be collected with $SPECTRAL, preserving it in the lab's archive and making the participant part of its history.
